Professional development is an important component of any individual’s career success. For new or existing club industry employees, Barringtons’ Frontline Service Skills course provides training that can sharpen current skillsets, develop new strengths and provide the motivational tools for individual success.

For employers, this means improved customer service across your business. For employees, this provides an opportunity to study alongside peers, improve core skills with the help of industry experts and build a network in the process.

What do you need to know?

Barringtons hospitality training requires the completion of both core and elective units. The number of units and course subject matter vary based on the specialisation you choose. The specific details are outlined in our Frontline Service Skills brochure which you can download here.

All of the training sessions are delivered in person at leading clubs. Additional workplace assessments will occur at various times throughout the program. All participants must attend every session and complete each assessment in order to receive their Certificate III in Hospitality (SIT30622).
