This course provides a platform for you to create strong network ties with other women in the industry, hear from industry experts and help you develop crucial skills to help you navigate the club industry.
Building on your existing skills and experience, this course covers information essential to Club Operations such as:

- Lead personal development
- Implement customer service strategies
- Apply critical thinking to work practices
- Create and maintain business relationships
- Manage personal health and wellbeing
There are no prerequisite requirements for this course. Consideration will be given to your academic and/or work experience.
This course is structured as a 12-month course that includes your attendance at 6 x 2-day workshops and the completion of workplace-based assessments. Upon successful completion of the course graduates will achieve a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate IV in Business (Operations) - B2B40120.
