There are no prerequisite requirements for this course. Consideration will be given to your academic and/or work experience.
Course Structure
This course is structured as a 12-month course that includes your attendance at 6 x 2-day workshops and the completion of workplace-based assessments. Upon successful completion of the course graduates will achieve a nationally recognised qualification in Certificate IV in Business (Operations) - B2B40120.
