With a Hospitality or Business stream, our Job Ready course held at registered clubs, consists of 7-10, face to face sessions over a 4 week period.

Students of the Job Ready course walk away with a nationally recognised Statement of Attainment, having completed units from either our Certificate II in Hospitality (SIT20316) or Certificate II in Business (BSB20115).

Recently launching a new interactive training facility at our Southport facility, this new replica hotel provides hands-on training under the watchful eyes of industry experts.

The replica facilty combines an industry standard hotel kitchen, fully stocked bar that is open to the public, state of the art barista station and functioning hotel room. This equips students with all the skills they need to run their own kitchen, practice housekeeping under tight time constraints and mix cocktails for customers.
