Online Induction Program
Our induction is a 30 minute interactive online competency based training program. The focus of the
induction program is to minimise conflict and maximise safety of those involved, and staff and customers
in the vicinity. This course is recommended training for ALL staff and includes topics such as:

    -   The Importance of Recording an Incident
