 Frontline Service Skills Minimize

Frontline Service Skills is designed for your best staff!

It is the foundation for a club industry professional development pathway. Frontline Service Skills is the first important step towards the Future Club Leaders program.

Frontline Service Skills focuses on sharpening current skillsets, developing new skills and provides the motivational tools for individual success. This translates into improved service delivery for your club. Frontline Service Skills participants will meet and study with their peers, developing the framework for effective networks into the future. They will be exposed to industry experts from various disciplines who will share their wealth of knowledge.

Frontline Service Skills requires the completion of up to 15 units of competency over 12 months. Training will be delivered in face to face sessions at leading clubs with additional workplace assessments, at some point in the program.

Upon successful completion of the Frontline Service Skills program, participants will receive a Certificate III in Hospitality (SIT30616).
