Certificate IV - Training and Assessment

The TAA40104 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is an advanced level qualification designed for individuals employed or seeking employment in a variety of roles including (but not limited to):

• delivering training in an industry area or area of subject matter expertise
• conducting competency based assessment in a range of contexts

Am I Eligible?

Anyone who is required to deliver training in an industry area of subject matter expertise, and to conduct competency based training in a range of contexts is eligible.

What will I receive?

On successful completion learners will receive a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or a statement of attainment for competencies completed.

Can I go on to further training?

Yes.  Successful completion of this course may gain recognition of your studies towards the Diploma in Training and Assessment.

How long will the training take?

Approximately 6 months, but subject to your ability to complete required assessments.

Where, when and how can I train?

Blended/distributes learning delivery - combination of lesson delivery option available, (online - distance)
