BSB30415 Certificate III in Business Administration

The Certificate III in Business Administration is an intermediate level qualification designed for individuals employed, or seeking employment in a variety of administrative based roles including (but not limited to):

  • Accounts Receivable Clerk   
  • Accounts Payable Clerk
  • Clerk
  • Data Entry Operator
  • Junior Personal Assistant
  • Office Administration
  • Word Processing Operator 

The Certificate III in Business Administration is the ideal qualification for individuals who apply a broad range of administrative competencies and technical support within their workplace.  It is designed for administrative employees to further their knowledge base and increase their skill level and employability.

Am I eligible?
There are no prerequisite requirements for entry into this qualification. Your current job needs to reflect the qualification you wish to train in.

What will I receive?
On successful completion learners will receive a Nationally Recognised Certificate III in Business Administration or a Statement of Attainment for competencies completed.

Can I go on to further training?
Yes. Successful completion of this course may gain recognition of your studies towards Certificate IV in Leadership and Management or other relevant Certificate IV qualifications.

How long will the training take?
Approximately 12 months, this will consist of on the job learning and off the job study time. The training duration will depend on the electives and study mode selected.

Where, when and how can I train?
The delivery of this course is employment based.

Employment based training may include workplace activities conducted by the employer, practice exercises, simulated activities in the classroom, learner activity workbooks & research projects.

Assessments could be conducted on or off the job. Assessment activities may include oral presentation, role-plays, assessment activities, knowledge quizzes and project based exercises.
