SITHFAB002 Provide Responsible Service of Alcohol - RSA

The Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) is a mandatory qualification for employees of most licensed venues. Barrington Training Services has delivered this essential RSA (NSW) course to hundreds of prospective hospitality employees and alcohol serving professionals in most states.

The RSA course itself is designed to prepare bar staff for the scenarios they may encounter whilst at work.

On completion, RSA (NSW) training students will understand:

•    The effects of alcohol
•    The legislation which governs licensed venues
•    The issues surrounding excessive liquor consumption
•    Different types of alcohol and their content
•    Legal measures for serving alcohol
•    Strategies for identifying and dealing with potentially intoxicated patrons

Barringtons offers RSA training that is highly informative – but more importantly interactive, participative and, ultimately, enjoyable.

The NSW RSA training course is 6 hours in duration and costs $155 per person. This includes Office of Liquor, Gaming and Racing (OLGR) processing fees of $70.

If doing RSA and RCG combined these must be done on separate days.

The cost of RSA/RCG Combined is $270 per person and includes $100 OLGR processing fees.
