Club Compliance and Risk Management Course (CCRMC) Minimize

Few would argue that the Australian Liquor and Gaming industry is one of the most highly regulated compliance environments. With compliance or the lack of it, comes the risk of exposure to loss, brand damage and litigation. Legislative compliance in the club industry is largely driven by regulators, law enforcement bodies or WorkCover - each with their inbuilt fines and penalties for non-compliance. Compounding the risks, you are also exposed if the contractors that work in and around your Club are ‘non compliant’ to their legislative requirements!

Demystify,  Simplify and Manage Compliance
The Club Compliance and Risk Management Course (CCRMC) is specifically designed for the registered club industry (CEO’s, Operations, HR, Gaming, Security/Compliance, WHS and Duty Managers) who are responsible for the complex and diverse range of regulatory compliances applicable to your business. The course is delivered in an intensive one day face to face format and is offered quarterly at a venue central to the majority of participants. Additionally, specific club case studies will be addressed and workshopped during the course to give an insight into risk mitigation strategies.
