Food Safety Online Course

Food Safety Supervisors are now required by legislation to have the relevant training, in the form of a Food Safety Supervisors' Certificate.

Barringtons is able to offer the Food Safety Supervisors' training ONLINE - enabling you to obtain your Food Safety Supervisors' Certificate without having to travel to a training course!

What units do I have to complete to obtain the Food Safety Supervisors certificate? 

Is the Food Safety Supervisor recognised across Australia?

Yes. The units you need to complete for the certificate are from a Nationally Recognised Training package. The certificate is the one approved by the relevant Food Authorities across states, as Barrington Training Sevices is one of the RTOs that have been approved to offer this training.

How long does the course take? 

The course should take between 6 to 8 hours, depending on your previous experience and your level of computer literacy.

Do I need to complete the course in one session?

You can save your progress throughout the course, using our online training manager BeTrained. 

What if I need help during the course?

Once you enrol, we will assign a trainer to follow your online progress. If, at any stage during the course, you need help, you can contact them through the online training manager.

When will I get my certificate?

After you have completed the training course, Barrington Training Services will mail you your Food Safety Supervisor's certificate. Certificates are generally received within 10 working days.

How do I enrol?

You can enrol by simply clicking on the button below and filling out and submitting the enrolment form.

You will receive a confirmation email letting you know we have received your enrolment. If you do not receive this email, or have problems enrolling using the form, please contact us on enquiries@barringtongroup.com.au. 

After we receive and process your enrolment, we will issue you with instructions on how to do the online modules, and assign you to a trainer.
