Certificate III - Hospitality

The Certificate III in Hospitality is an intermediate level qualification designed for individuals employed or seeking employment in a variety of roles including (but not limited to): 

• Bar attendant
• Barista
• Waiter
• Wine waiter
• Front desk receptionist
• Housekeeper
• Gaming attendant.

The Certificate III in Hospitality is the ideal qualification for individuals who undertake work in various hospitality settings, such as restaurants, hotels, motels, catering operations, clubs, pubs, cafes and coffee shops and have some responsibility for others.  It is designed to refine the skills and the knowledge base of existing and future hospitality employees. 

Am I eligible?
There are no prerequisites for entry to this qualification.

What will I receive?
On successful completion learners will receive a Certificate III in Hospitality Operations or a Statement of Attainment for competencies completed.

Can I go on to further training?
Yes. Successful completion of this course may gain recognition of your studies towards the Certificate IV in Hospitality Operations.

How long will the training take?
This course is of 24 months duration if you work fulltime.
